    There is only one quick guide which is linked from my first post.

    But the long ways that transfer a name are pretty much self-explanatory, you just change the name legitimately and then wait (not sure about the time, people say 1 month, some say maximum of 6 months), and then change the name as soon as the old one is available for taking

    So the name you changed the account to becomes final after a fixed period of time? Like I changed the name "Dude" (<--lol) to "Dudette" and waited 28 days, will it become "Dudette" forever so I can change another account to "Dude"?

    Yes, but that's only the display name, the login still stays the same, but login doesn't matter when you are buying display names, and yes, it's like what you said.

    Old and unused accounts were deleted sometime in January from my understanding and these guys just registered with those names on new accounts, which make it a email login.
