Need help setting up 2.23

So I just got RSBot 2.23 as a private release from Liang at Powerbot, but he said he change the GUI and I didn't really know RSBot in the first place as I came from RSBots.net, so I need some help.
Could anyone try to figure this version out and send me some pics or a step-by-step tutorial on what to do? The Powerbot members aren't the friendliest and Liang is always busy and so is Paris, and they're the only two people I know on Powerbot.
As long as you don't spread it, since I think he wanted it private still:

If someone could update the tutorials or something with this new version, that would be awesome!
