Yea, this is way too much for bulk trade.
Trusted offical sellers sell lower amounts for same $$ per mil.

I'm in favour of the above posters, 1billion gp at that price would be way over $1000, not many people who play runescape would aquire that amount of money at one time so you'll be lurking this thread for a WHILE, i'd consider selling in smaller but still bulk-amounts say 100m min it'd only be 30 trades and would still be very descrite. And at this minimum amount you could possibly make 1-1.1$ /mil, .40$ isn't going to be a huge loss, and also considering you're new to the site you're not very trusted for massive trades like this especially when your net worth is approximately $3000.
So yeah, just a handful of advice for you.

 

I am going to use an OMM, and the deal if the whole quantity was bought in bulk would be in done in 4-6 trades to minimize risk. Though I will heed your advice and reduce minimum amount purchased to 500m. As far as the price goes, if you check out the buying forum, the going buying rate is $1.5/m for bulk so I will stick with that.
