I still haven't gotten my 12 upgrades. It has been 26hours now and I need them within the next 14 or I will be reporting. You said you had then in stock and could do them instantly.

EDIT: Please just refund me, this has taken too long and the weekend is on the verge of being wasted.

 

I've sent you two PM's on this, I've payed for the upgrade well before you closed and now we're in the third day of me ordering/using your service. You have logged in recently and have seen the PM's, but clearly you refuse to acknowledge them, but everyone else after me seem to have gotten theirs. If I don't have it by tomorrow I will be reporting and need a refund. If you refuse to return my money I will take this a far as I can.

 

I am having the same problem, it has now been 38 hours. He finally responded to a PM saying it would be done tonight (he said about 5 hours ago), and now I am beginning to worry..
