do u believe that phats,h'ween mask or santa are being secretly reproduce by jagex??ok,for example,jagex ceo wants to give a phats to his nephew for his birthday,so he can easily reproduce 1 right??although he once stated that he would nv do it~~

It would be very bad to leave such high valued items to be left at limited quantities (not to mention alot are in inactive/banned accounts) It would only make sense that JagEx is reproducing them minimally.

Who knows, they could even be selling them!

Highly doubtful, I just think that a lot of players were hoarding them for years and ever so often they sell them. Honestly though.. in the past few months I've never seen so many santas. It'd be a little messed up if they did it.. but hey! it's very possible.

 

I strongly doubt that selling party hats is a strong source of revenue for jagex. A good way to guage the volume of the item is it's price, which just keeps going up for discontinued items.

I think it would be a very possible method, assuming they actually did this, they probably send phats into the "regular" accounts of jagex employs and distributes them into the GAME via trades and GE and probabl;y gets rid of the gold they received or something. idk, just a thought

 

But for now jagged can anyhow tune the price right??

 

I can see them spawning them and selling them to G.E to take some cash out of the game, and to bring them into the economy. And Partyhats rarely get taken away from the game. Like how many people actually LOSE a partyhat (e.g dying and it disappears) daily? Probably once a month. And they're are THOUSANDS of partyhats ingame. Idk what the whole deal with phats is. Wow a discontinued item, woopdie fucking do, its a game.

Suppose you are right. Jagex brings in more phats/masks/santas. But wouldn't ANYONE know about it?

They can, but it's no thanks to jagex. They are undervalued at the GE from my understanding.

I doubt it, but they continuously label rares as being a mistake and Jagex love to fix things (even when they are not broken).
