    oh how they have done my balls in..
    they sent me 3 bank cards.
    now i have no clue which one is active.
    along with that i have lost my previous online banking details.
    i try to recover it by ringing a number for recovering or resetting bank details online

    they asked for my details *facepalm*
    so now i have 3 cards
    no details
    no clue which one is active
    and no idea how much cash i have

    FUMING MAD !
