I was scammed by alari

Briefly explain the trade:
We used OMM Giddy, the recovery test failed but we decided to go on with the trade, he said once I had pass etc I could put my email address on it to recover if i needed, I hadn't had the acc for 24 hour and I logged out and went to log back in and the password had been changed. I accused him of scamming and he said "go cry to ur mom" "its easy to make a new sythe acc" and then logged out of msn, but he is still online on sythe.

(if it is possible please ban his IP so he cant make a new sythe account).

Also have you got any advice on how I could get my money refunded on paypal? He got me to send as a gift with a message like: "This is a payment for a virtual item I have already received and I will not be asking for a refund"

I bought the account for $50, the next night when I tried to log in he had recovered/changed the password
