    What is best to record with?
    I'm sick of Hypercam, since I don't have the "license" for it and I'm not going to pay for it. I don't like the UNREGISTERED crap at the top left.

    Any suggestions?

    I used to have camtasia illigal version, I just found it on youtube.
    camtasia renders really slow tho :(
    I'm trying to get "fraps" atm tho, seems to be an awesome program :)

    Hypercam 2 or CamStudio. Both pretty much the same quality, you can register hypercam rather easily, just Google it or look it up on YouTube.

    In fraps, how can I choose WHERE to record so it doesn't record my epic desktop/other windows?

    A teacher of mine uses Jing, but it renders in swf and the framerate is kind of low.

    Might do the job though.

    I recommed downloading a crack for Hypercam 2. It is very good quality, watch the videos of Nightmarerh on youtube, he uses Hypercam 2. I have personally used a cracked version and uploaded, the same quality.
