There are no skill requirements . That is why this is skiller friendly . You simply need membership , and REQUIRED 3M+ or HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5M+ .

 

oh cool one more question.
is it lazy friendly ?
e.g.. i love to stand around at GE or a near by bank.
but my method has crept down to 300k an hour
so is it lazy friendly or do i have to run round the map of runescape ?

This guide does require your focus and attention , because there are many clicks happening in short spaces of time . This isn't really lazy friendly but its not too much effort .

Vouch for iLukel. To my surprise, the guide was sent to me almost instantly even though he was not on Sythe at the time. Once I actually go through it, I'll publish a more in-depth review.

Definitely not a common method. After purchasing this guide, you will realize how dumb you are for not discovering this yourself. Overall, the guide is extremely well written (including pictures) and I have no doubt that it is worth the cost.
