Is it against the rules to sell these real life items?

(i posted this already but i accidentally pressed submit before i was done)

if i wanted to sell a jailbroken ipod or iphone or a jailbroken ps3 or a psp with custom firmware on it, would it be okay with everyone and not against the rules/ frowned upon? and like if i were to include games on the memory stick of the psp, would that be against the rules? what about fireworks? what about non-software related modified things?

illegal, if i were to include games on the memory stick it would be illegal, even if the person owned the game, because its a game in file-form that someone did not pay for. even if they ripped it from an original game its making a copy someone did not pay for. fireworks are only illegal in certain places. like on Indian owned land you can do whatever you want. in some states certain fireworks are legal. what if i say it has to be legal where you live if you purchase it? and if they say its legal then i can send it to them. but they still can lie about it...without me knowing lol.

I know. It's one of those trickier cases. But Sythe doesn't support trading of illegal things, that's all. Cause otherwise he could get in trouble and he doesn't like illegal things on his site.

^ Which is understandable as the owner of the site he wouldn't want legalities coming into the situation.

Legally, this is a forum and the user generated content is provided as-is. He isn't at quite the legal obligation that you think he is, as long as proper moderation is attempted. It's the all sorts of other things that come with that territory that the site is best to stay away from.

That's breaking Jagex's TOS, not the law.

Why can't we sell fireworks? They're legal in some places.

    Jagex rules aren't the law

& You can sell your ipod/ps3 on sythe but you'll probably have more luck on ebay or something

Um I'm confused about fireworks, why are they Illegal? I know here in NZ they only sell them 1-2 weeks a year before GuyForks but I haven't heard of anyone getting fined for using them throughout the rest of the year.

It's illegal in Australia, I'm not sure about other countries though.

The main reason in my opinion that fireworks are illegal in some countries or states is most-likely because of its contents, I assume.
