What JaGeX Looks For

This is a guide on what you should look for/avoid doing whilst you real world trade or transfer between accounts. The guideline below is accurate but not %100 complete. This is a free guide, if you are banned it is in no way my responsibility.

• Does the account giving/receiving gold use, or has ever used, a macro program?
• If no, are either of the accounts standing friends?
• Do the accounts ISP/IP Addresses associate with that of a third-world gold farming company?
• Are there chat logs with conclusive evidence of real-world trading transactions?
• If no, do either players have any history of real-world trading?
• If no, do either players associate with friends that relate to the above information? (For example, one of the players have a friend who has extensive real-world trading history - Red flag point)
• If a player receives a large sum of gold, have either of the players interacted with each other before, or after the initial trade? (I.E Are they friends? Have they given gold before?)
• If possible, do logs show the amounts of gold traded before the initial trade? *** If a player shows a pattern of giving away gold to other players, this is an obvious red flag.
• Do/Have either accounts shared an IP address with each other?

There are a few things I have left out, but they aren't necessarily needed so I left them out. If you wish to know what I left out, it refers to a guide where moderators can check if a player is a bot or a sweat shop worker. I no longer have access to that guide so I will not add it. If I do get the information I will have it up for sale for a small price.

 

They say Jagex is encouraging giving gifts to your friends, So why would they care to much if the account says "Quitting giving away my bank to first person to trade" Boom trades and done.

Or if you are friends send a PM saying I quit you want my stuff...

Just putting my opinion out there, I think everyone is a little too parinoid about jagex banning rwt'ers There isnt but so much they can watch at any given time. How can they prove rwt happend? What if the other person just quit playing? Was a IRL friend and doesnt play anymore? Idk... lol

 

Hmmm this is a complete guide. I only thought of jagex looking if there were friends or have been talking for long time but this is way more detailed.

 

Seems more or less reasonable, though I doubt Jagex would check half of these criteria before simply dishing out a ban.

Nice guide man. I think jagex is testing us to see who will neglect their system. They no botters have a ton of money and most of them just gonna trade over 100m to a pker account. Boom there goes the bann.

Seems like OMM and MM (with high level trades its just plain required to use them too) will flag on multiple levels. Since its a 3 way trade (suspicious?). That uses a 3rd person that very commonly deals with macros (possibly) and uneven gold/item trades.
