    Hey Sythe;
    I'm looking for a really good Level 3 skiller to buy.

    What I'm Looking For;

    - Level 3
    - Reasonable amount of money
    - A tough, hard to get, time consuming 99 skill
    - If not; A lot of money; 100M+
    - 10 hp Soul war prods with 99..or 99 hp and everything else one
    - Something that sets it apart from a normal skiller..

    I'm looking for a safe and trustworthy trade so I would will be using a OMM with a recovery test.

    The most I will spend is $200.00 USD.
