Terms of Service
1. I do not provide any recovery information when I sell accounts - it is more secure this way.
2. If you wish to sell this account at all after your purchase, you must offer to sell it through me first (i.e. I have the right of first refusal). It is an unnecessary hassle for me to keep track of buyers of buyers and for security I require that all account sales and resales be done with me as the primary seller. I can assure you I will get more for the account than you would be able to and this also means you don't have to bother finding a buyer yourself. This is ultimately win-win for everyone. You will receive 75% of the proceeds from sale. This will be paid after I list, sell, and transfer the account to another party.
3. Should a resale not occur through me for any reason, the warranty will be non-transferrable and become void.
4. I offer a standard warranty period of 3 months starting upon your first login. If the account becomes inaccessible (locked or hacked) during the 3 month period post-sale, I will submit a recovery request to unlock it. Should I be unsuccessful, a refund will be provided in an amount not to exceed the purchase price. After 3 months I am not responsible for anything that happens to the account.
5. Sale is final once payment is received.
6. I am not responsible for any bans, mutes, or other disciplinary action by Jagex after the date of your first login.
