    You could lock your exp gain on runescape? Would be cool for pures

    Would be like the lock exp feature on WoW. I would like this, but I almost always laugh at the people who accidentally leveled up defense on their pures.

    Yeah that'd be awesome, but you should still gain the XP rewards from certain quests.

    Yeah that would be cool until all the accounts that are made after xp lock would be better than ours.

    Pures with 1 prayer and dt done, 1 def with turmoil, hand cannon, ect...

    They're certainly able to implement it; I hope they have a pretty good reason they haven't done it yet.

    No real reason not to.
