Viou scammer

On the 21st I placed an order of 60m with the promise that it would be finished 24 hours later. However 24 hours later the account wasn't even touched, enquired about the situation with Viou and he claimed he will start in 75 minutes. Alas he did not do this either and any of my further questions were ignored. He did not provide me any reasons to why he couldn't even start my order and logged off/blocked me soon enough. It has been another 24 hours since, in total about 48 hours waiting for a response. Viou is nowhere to be seen on msn, nor have I gained any of the 60m or a refund of any form.
