There's no "sign" saying No Jagex Allowed. In legal laws, they aren't permitted to see this site.

 

What correlation you draw with safety in terms of something being illegal is beyond me. ESPECIALLY when something of this caliber could easily bypass this "law" undetected.

This isnt killing someone in front of the White House. Any of them can easily turn on their own home computer and browse the site daily. Get real, and dont give people such a false sense of hope.
