Possible Scammer: No Inspiration [Reverted Payment]

So. Here we go. First time I've had a problem, and I'm not sure what to do. I don't know if it's him or the new paypal but I'll let y'all pros sort it out and whatnot. Giddy took part of this trade as the OMM. He could confirm everything here is true. I've also video recorded the trade in RS. Where should I upload this?

The Trade: No Inspiration's purple + 75 USD for my RSGP

This is what happened:
1) Discussed everything
2) Money was sent to Giddy's new paypal.
3) Bought his purple for GP.
4) Giddy sent me money
5) Received, and sometime later, I now have -75 USD in my Paypal.

Just to clarify, Metric guided me to created a Canadian Paypal, I wanted to just log onto the account, and not deal with it, but he insisted. Anyway, for some reason, the paypal account got limited, and payments withheld. He notified me, and I just gave him the paypal account. He instructed me to use false info and such, so there isn't much I can do.

I will not be paying him any money, because my way would have had no problems. I did as instructed by Metric, and it back fired on him.

 

Well, I saw no other way. I wanted to stay on my own account, and you didn't want to use your paypal.

So, what do?

Have him send another 75? Seeing as it'll ultimately go back to him anyway.

 

Will it, or will Paypal just keep it?

 

He'll get it. That's what Paypal said.
