Plan D is the plan for a fair system and society, and must be and is controlled by The People. The People must and will always be in charge.
Plan D consists of the following points and any additional points deemed to be necessary or important:
0, Plan D must not be gagged. This might sound very obvious, but Plan D will not work if it is gagged. Plan D must not be gagged or silenced.
1, The information of the masses. The masses must be informed of the whole or parts of Plan D.
2, To guarantee the function of point 1, mass communication must be free and uncensored. It is suggested that a new "internet" is built up under another name. The function would be the same but the system a new one, one controlled by The People.
3, The transparency of governments. Nothing must be classified or secret or withheld from The People in any way.
4, The re-implementation of a working currency. Extreme measures must be taken to make sure that the currency stays working and un-corrupted.
5, The media must be controlled by The People. The media must not be exploited.
6, If not all of these measures are taken the chances of success are not very good.
