    1. Please include the Sythe username of the person you are reporting in the title of your thread.
    2. Screenshot proof is required. Copy-pasted chat logs are not proof. Voice chats are not proof either.
    3. Upload your screenshots to a site like www.imgur.com. Staff will not do this for you.
    4. Discord profile Unique IDs must be shown if the trade occurred there. View this quick guide for details: ATTENTION! ALL DISCORD PROOFS MUST CONTAIN A SYTHE PM AND THIS
    5. Do not chop off the sides of your Discord conversation. (Example)
    6. All Discord trades should include a Sythe PM OR proof that they own the Discord you traded
    7. Reports regarding account trades and account rentals MUST include the login username/email for the account

    First and foremost. i went the wrong way about this and called the guy out and before i could get screen shots of my inbox on their website he deleted some of his messages about declining my service however these are what i got...

    Take to note he deleted his messages in my inbox saying i purchased something that was "no longer available" and that it was "marked as discontinued discount" which was not true at all.

    To be honest after such insults any other person would have just blocked him but we didn't, we are giving him 12 hours to apply for a product or apply for a refund, if he doesn't we will block his account for insulting the administration. There has been no ignoring or any other misconduct on our part, so I believe sythe mods will take the right stance.
