Will edit this post when I get the refund honored but just doing my due diligence for others:
Current price of Spectrum Fortnite 1 Year subscription without discount 325 USD
if you see an option that is less than the 1 year I'd recommend reaching out to them first on if it's available, as they informed me after the fact that it was not available any longer despite the pay option still being available, an invoice being created, and now we are running hoops through a refund process. They mentioned it was a sale that was the reason the option existed, but I had checked the home page and the forums prior and there was no mention of a sale so I am a little sad to hear I won't be able to try it out. I've let the admin know on the site that the option still appeared to be visible by default when the account is not logged in.

 

First update: they have cleared up the 7 day issue and have now removed it from the site, there is an available 31,180,365 day option available on the site that appear to be in stock! Still going to refund as this was not what I wanted, will update again here once I've received it. Support has been good so far.
