If upon the new update, I were to be an "xfer guy?"
I would charge around 100k for up to 5mil, 250k up to 20 mil, 1mil till 50 mil, 2500k for up to 50, and 5mil for amounts upwards.
I'd have holiday sales and release freeness and whatnot, but would ya'll be interested? I'm pretty trusted around here, especially with runefag shit. Check my vouches if you'd like, but I won't start unless i see substantial interest. This would be primarily from account to account of one person, POSSIBLY middlemanning for trades, but i doubt it.

TBH, the smartest way would just be to do it via staking. There won't be a need for a MM really, if you are buying from a reputable seller.

Have the seller just walk over to an uncrowded world (where the buyer will skill for 10 minutes before the xfer), say something like "hey, I feel generous today lol, I'll stake 10x what you stake)

Person 1 stakes 100k, Person 2 stakes 1M
Person 1 switches rules last minute, and wins.

Rinse and repeat to make it believable, Jagex can't do anything about it, it's human nature to want to win what you lost.
