    Edit< i have paypal records AND vouch from him saying he sold it to me.
    PLUS I know the new display name and the old one on it.

    He was limited because he hit the limit of how much money he could have without getting verified. Ask him yourself, I still have my paypal record that shows I never charged back. I also reported you.

    Well my paypal is not limited. We traded for 20$...I didn't get the money so I have no right to get my account back. Not my fault MM messed trade up. So you have no bargaining position here to try and report me. MM messed things up for you...not me son.
