What do these numbers mean?

I haven't played in a while, and recently I logged in on my noob again and saw this in my friendlist. Anybody know why this is in my friendlist?

 

the username was probably considered 'offensive' and got reported. Jagex often changes offensive names to random strings of numbers as a 'punishment' for choosing such names.

 

This or the account has been perm banned.

 

This but the person has to pick a new name as soon as they log in before they can do anything. A little box pops up similar to the one when creating your account. And Classics is wrong their name remains the same if they are perm banned.

 

This means the user has been permently banned and the name was deleted so someone else can use it.

 

i had a string of offencive names and they ended up "banning" me from making a new name for 1 year and made a new name for me. Then the account got banned for macroing but its still on one of my accounts friends list. There is no number.

So they prolly had offencive names and didnt change them yet.
