What do you think?

What do you think happens when you die, do you believe you get reborned, or there is a heaven and hell or even you just stay in your grave for eternity...

gets me VERY scared to be honest

 

prefer not to think about it, scares me.

 

I believe in god, and I do believe in heaven. After death I think there is a period of passing time (not purgetory) but it's when your most at rest with your loved ones that have passed, then there is an almighty heaven and eternity

 

Nothing. I think we just degrade into the dirt, and the circle of life continues.

 

I agree with this, and why would you even bother getting scared... its not going to do anything accept death move on and live your life.

 

It's human nature to be curious, I myself have a problem with this reality. It's a hard concept to try and imagine not having that conscious feeling of existence. When you can close your eyes, cover your ears, and hold your breath and yet even though everything around you has seemingly ceased to exist, you still know your there and still have a feeling of self.

It's not surprising some people are driven insane simply by trying to figure out this inevitability.

 

Yeah, but you don't experience death when you make a feeble attempt to block your senses.

When a chicken dies does it go to an afterlife? Why would it just be humans that are entitled to this? If you look at God as the cause of Evolution, then surely we no difference to that little ground shrew, who supplies us with our primeval instincts.

I used to think about this, but it just makes too much sense. We die, we degrade into the earth, the nutrients aid the growth of the grass, which feeds livestock, which feeds us.

Circle of life.

I've asked my friend that if I die early, to take my ashes and grow weed with them. The nutrients really make bud grow at a great rate .

 

You cant imagine not having a conscious feeling of existance, because by feeling and imagining your stilll alive you'd have a feeling of conscious existance... its impossible for someone whos alive to comprehend being dead and becoming 'nothingness'

 

I think it just ends...you know nothing anymore..and then somebody else is born and everything starts over again...and again...

 

it doesn't make sense to me, so its more logical for me to believe there isn't life after death.

 

I believe there is something after death.

I believe that after death we wait in grave until the Day of Judgment in which our past life is looked at to see if we did more bad deeds than good and that decides whether we go to hell or heaven. That's what I believe.

 

I believe that we're far more complicated then most think. The fact we can think, make decisions and just plain intelligence shows that their is something in their that's not just meat and bones. I personally like to believe I will share time with lost relatives and loved ones before being reborn as something else. Hopefully get the choice as I'd love to be a Hawk

 

I believe in Heaven I also believe everybody's heaven will be different.

 

Trying to imagine what happens after you die is like dividing by 0.

It's just undefined.
