Massing w/ Dark Bow

I've thought of this for a long time, but what if someone setup a lootshare clan that everyone had dark bow and dragon arrows, say at armadyl. If you had a decent number of players, say 5-10 you could kill the boss very quickly and you could basically camp there. Since kree'ara has pretty low hitpoints for a boss, and does low damage you could just get everyone to bring a unicorn and stay there for awhile.

Thoughts?

 

This has been done by pure clans in the paste. Look on youtube I am pretty sure theres a video some where.

 

oh ok, but do you think this would be an effective method on main accounts? i mean im maxed melee with 99 range 99 mage 88 summoning with overloads and turmoil, so i can probably solo it decently. But im wondering if the decrease in profits because of the number of people would be worth it considering the time invested into it?

 

I've had this idea too. I'll be eager to hear if anyone has ever tried this before.

There are plenty of vids. It does work.

Saw a video killing Corp in about 6 seconds with about 30 people and killing KBD in 2 seconds.

 

There are plenty of pure clans that already do this or have done in the past, didn't they nerf the darkbow though?

 

i think the darkbow was nerfed to 65 percent spec instead of 55, but if you use spec restores or ring of vigor you can do 2 specs.
