Default Post Font?

Any options/settings on how to do this?

 

Are you talking about the forum as a whole, or just when you are typing? Either way I don't think that it is possible. You can obviously change your font with the font selection in the upper right corner of your text editor, but this is not going to be a permanent change so your going to have to do it every time you post.
