    Could this be a Keylogger?

The guy that scammed me my account I was going to sell was talking to me on MSN. He sent me a picture/screenshot of his Paypal and we 'Shared photos'. This morning, I ran a Malwarebyte scan and found that one of the files in ProgramFiles(x86)/Windows Live/Messenger was infected. Could this be a keylogger? And how did he send it?

The image he sent me was saved in a different location and has since been removed.

I strongly doubt you can send a virus via the built-in photo sharing option on MSN. Nonetheless, running a virus scan wouldn't a bad idea. I suggest you use Spybot: Search & Destroy to run a scan. http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html

In the future, ask the other party to upload their screenshots at imageshack.us, piclion.com or another Image hosting website.

Just scan Malwarebytes and remove it. Could you give any more definition of infected? Such as what type of infection.(Check your Malwarebytes log)

Ok, Just after a quick bit of research that looks to be a toolbar. Have you got any toolbars on your browser?

Honestly, I don't want this to sound as a flame or anything.
A simple Google search would of explained everything to you, and saved you a lot of time.
From the first link, which took 10 seconds to find:
You should always try googling before posting :\
