I have Couture that low, but if Machida wins I would have him right back at 3.

Machida just has to get back to springing in and out like he used to. Be aggressive at the right times and wait it out. He jump'd in against Shogun way too early and got put out.

And Machida's takedown defense will be tested vs Couture definitely. I don't see Machida on his back alot. Dont forget Machida gave Rich his first loss by KO a loong time ago.

Dont get me wrong, he is amazing, but I think Couture can control him against the cage and punish him there.
Especially if he does hit ellusive style. Machida is the dog though.
Machida could finish couture, but I dont se ehim doing it. I see a ud for machida, or a sd for Couture.
I like vera too, but he needed to be cut.

 

The cut will wake him up. Put him agsint any newcomer and im sure Vera will win. Machida will win the fight if hes back to his old self. I still suspect a UD as Machidas more cautious. I just dont see Couture dominating Machida in anyway.
