I was not willing to do a Recovery Test because of the obvious fact that my account will have gotten Locked due to him living in USA and me living on the other side of the world (Different IP's...)

I was not willing to go first for obvious reasons.
1) You're not that trusted.
2) You denied to use a Free Trusted Middle Man (more details below)
3) I don't like going first to anyone apart from Highly trusted users, Moderators and Administrators.
I'm pretty sure not wanting to go first isn't illegal.

And, actually, I was completely willing to use a OMM, apart from the fact that you said 'You have to pay the fees'.
Does it ever occur to you that people don't have the money to fund the OMM fees?
And I was happy using a trusted (free) Middle Man, oh, but no... you wouldn't use one because you've apparently been scammed by one previously. I mean honestly, just go away.
