Will the item price down the bottom still be there or will free trade get rid off that?

I don't know if runescape item scamming is against sythe rules. it shouldn't be but if it is oh well.

If you actually sat down and thought about it, the only reason the Grand Exchange came out was to back up limited trade. Think about it for a second, how would the game engine know how much something is without a set price? Before the Grand Exchange, what was the trade limit on for example, a bronze dagger? Whatever you wanted it to be, by implementing the Grand Exchange, JaGeX could give something a price and back up anti-RWT along the way, while still giving players the false impression of "convienent way to buy an item".

Anyways, that's my little bit off input on the Grand Exchange, so to answer your question, NO the price at the bottom of the trade screen will not be there; i can almost gaurentee it.

OT: I don't see how someone couldn't fall for that scam, it's always worth a shot though.

You can quit giving your false impression of not being a scammer. It's not fooling me, maybe a 10 year old, but not me. Truly bud, what's the diffrence?

Item scamming wont be back in the way we were used to.
Yes we modify any price for any item. But will still have the ability to price check items. There still will be a red line under the trade window telling that a x amount of money is worth to you or the one your trading with.

You need to be a complete utter moron with no capability of reading to fall for it. Although, you can still modify the cash in the second trade window to actually scam another,
but that would get reported, so you cannot repeat that process unless you really want to get banned.

Funny thread nonetheless, it boils up old memories, sadly theyre not free to be repeated imho..

Ontopic: I'm sure they would still work, but only for low leveled players.. so not really worth it.

 

Luring is taking advantage of higher level players (assuming, as 9/10 they have more cash) and their idiocy.

Where as regular item scammin is usully taking advantage of new players who really know nothing better than to trust you.

It is a bit pathetic really but im sure we shall see its return.
