I got a question about upgrade service

Hey guys, so i bought an account not long ago from a user i will not name at this stage because i do think he is legit but i do have some doubts. Anyway pretty much the story is i bought the account, his friend tried to recover it or so he says and the account locked. he sorted it all out. BUT it has happened again !!!. and this time he wil not reply to me, but i know he is not on the account becasue the account is STILL locked. So i tried to recover but the thing is i recently used an upgrade service for my account via sythe. I dont have the information need from this upgrade, eg transaction number. to complete my recovery.

ALSO i have another question, the "hacker" of the account somehow got my password and changed the recoverys. !!. so when i am recovering the account what do i put in the recovery question section.

Have you tried PMing the person who sold you the pin? As a former pin seller, I always kept every pin I sold someone in case anything were to happen.

should they not supply you with all the details.. definately comtact your upgrade supplier.

 

ok ill have to find out who that was first haha. what about the recoverys ?

 

Jagex has made it clear that just because you have added members to the account that they will not deem you the original owner. So I doubt a recent upgrade will help you much. Locks really come down to the original owners ip/location in my experience.

ok added him on msn, will see how it all goes. hopefully jagex give me the account back !!
