How can I turn this into a Beast?

Ok so it goes like this, I have sold just about every combat account I owned and now with the return of Wildy I want to turn this account into somthing good. Now Im not Looking for somthing that will be quick this is a massive long term project.

Reason Im using this account? It was my Very first account although it doesnt have anything good and really bad stats, it has an ownage name and is in the first 2K List

I need your help with A few things.

What are some good future stats? I was thinking of somthing like 75 Att, 99 Str 60 Def, 70 range, 43 Pray and 94 Mage.

In doing that what Quests do I need to do to make it 100% Quested?

Any Tips, What should I change/Do?

 

From what i can see there

75 defence, 99 range, 94 mage, 52 prayer, 99 hp.

 

set bot at tzhaar and get a fury and xfer to your more precious accounts

 

i would say 70 def 70 pray 78/80 attack and high mage/range/strength

 

Id say be a dragon pure 70attack 99strength 60defence
