Get prayer for new(old) wildy?

so i have 99 mage/range 80 str 60 atk 1 def 44 prayer. should i get smite?
cause no more +1 worlds and alot of new prod pures will b using claws cause thats all they can do... should i get the prayer? idk tell me what you people think.

Just wait and see what everything is like first. It's easy to get it but hard to reverse, so it would be stupid making the decision when we're not completely sure about how everythings going to work.

 

Definitely get smite. It was pretty necessary back then since you could drain their prayer.

I'd get it, smite is pretty beast and useful to drain prayer, but FIRST have a go pking with 44 pray if you struggle/want to get 52 then do it because you can't go back to 44 prayer after you get 52.

From my personal experience (pking since 06) smite is very much worth it. I pked over 70 whips myself

I can't stress enough how beast smite is with full drops - get ready to go beast mode on some whips/scims/claws/godswords!

YES GO FOR SMITE! Smite back in the day helped A LOT.... but of course they didn't have d claws or stuff that can pretty much 2 spec back then so the fights took a bit longer. On all of my pures I have smite and back when I pked I had made a shit ton of money because all of thoughs 1 itemer's that go out there skull on you and have a limited ammount of prayer and some don't even bring p pots or food you can just turn on smite wait for their prayer to drain and kill them getting there item that they were not risking.

Smite is only worth it if you're willing to add some cb lvls. I personally prefer 44, even after I had got smite, but that was with BH. Now that the wild is coming back its gonna be a lot more useful and you know why! ;D

I high recommend you try 44 for a bit, and when you're ready just go for it brother. Smite is definitely the shit.
