anyone RID users?

my Rid bot keeps crashing anyone have any ideas what to do?

 

Open a support ticket on the site, they deal with them pretty fast

You might want to just re-download the bot though to see if that fixes it

 

Done both neither are helpful, the people that do support tickets act like they don't know much.

 

Eh, everyone on the site's been really good for me. If you're running it on a VM/VPS it could be that your computer can't handle the VM or you've got a shitty VPS provider.

What did they tell you?

 

i can help you with it, i struggled at the beginning but i fixed it myself

Well If you would go onto the site and go to "My Robot" and go to "instructions" and follow them precisely to get the right settings for your computer etc.

If you continue to get problems then open up a support ticket and in your bot's folder, there should be a log. Copy and paste that into a support ticket and add the first 2 pictures that come up into that same ticket.

There is no reason to spam sythe with these threads.

 

I have talked to you before and you told me I was being an ass hole when I was simply trying to tell you what was wrong. Also my Ticket was blown off like it was nothing that is why I decided to ask on sythe.
