tl;dr kids who bot and trade it over to their personal non botted account will be banned. dunno how good detection is. discuss

 

Detection is always a bluff. They wont detect shit if your trading in a W1-W2 world, either through trades or in staking worlds.

Why? cause they cant.

i think this could be hinting around their detection system.
while updating mobs sometimes i'll see a lvl 0 null creature.
i'm not exactly sure what this means, but seems like something only the bot could see.

possibly after getting reported they ghost watch your account and change objects like this, if you get stuck on something invisible you're probably a bot. etc.

in some older mmo's like ultima online the gm's could be invisible and watch players, then appear to ask them a question and prove if it's a bot or not. for example.

i'm just going to transfer gold from my bots to my best botted character. not transfer to my main at all.
from what they say it seems like there's a system of triggers and human investigation to follow those up.

It doesn't matter what world you're trading in. If someone trades 300m to someone with nothing in return and then they both just walk off they are going to detect it. And what the post says is that Jagex is planning on track the gp from account to account. And same thing with staking, you're going to get caught. Plain and simple. This time I think Jagex isn't bluffing.

 

If they know your botting on a noob.
They will watch the noob account.
And see who it trades with.

 

I doubt they will be able to detect it that well. What if I botted a account then wen't to the duel arena and legitimately staked some one and lost. Are they going to ban that guy for real world trading because he won a stake?

 

No, I think it might be if you go in with no armor and stake 150mil, a little suspicious.
There detection system isnt that good though.

That stake of no armour is called boxing.
Which is well known+used

 

What if the account its botted on, but the cash inst. Are they to assume the cash is legit or not?

Next so what if i troll bot up a account and start giving everyone free mils. Now what happens? Do they track all those that traded (who doesnt want free GP) and ban them?
Their detection system is bullshit.

Not to mention if they know your noob is botting they'll bann it ASAP, not wait.

 

Im trying to catch alof of such topics lately on all kinds of runescape forums.

It is true that its easy to monitor anybody whom stakes or trades tens or hundres of mills from a lvl 3 noob account to a main.

I have a main + a averaged lvld characters.
There are 2 (maybe 3 options.

*Staking,
And i dont need a proxy for it, i have 2 accesible networks i can enter at one location. Which is a extreme benefit on my part. I think alot of people have acces to this...

I probably fake chat between both characters, joining a staking chat and keep staking a couple of hours...

*Trading

I either RWT by trading or dropping. Although im not sure if the new Free trade will allow to drop items to another acc, theres still a partyroom, not sure if this stays.

I would at first trade all my junk over to my noob account for actual money.
Trading a less valuable item for a more valuable item,
sell the exchanged item buy another item and repeat the process.

*(Option 3 if possible) trough the grand exchange.

The grand exchange is a share based system.
You can input a fixed price and hope someone buys/sells it.
If you can significantly alter the price (or completely) I would transfer my gold trough the grand exchange...
There are thousands of such transactions a day, and nother thousand of transactions the next day.
Concerning they gotta monitor old fashioned rwt, and staking, im sure they cant monitor all the traffic in the GE aswell.

Whatever option i choose, I will first monitor and read topics of any possible permanent bans concerning this matter before i wage to try this.
Its probably all a bluff, the reason FT and wild is brought back is because of money concerns on jagex side, not because they found a way around these problems.

But perhaps their surveillance is improved.
I wont wage on any RWTing before i know its safe.

EDIT: I bot on all my accounts including my main, if my main gets banned, theres a second account to take over.
IDC about bans cause im not that kind of person that bots for irl cash, just for fun, and for a maxed character.
But concerning the money on my other accounts, i can get extremely rich if i succeed in RWTing all the cash...
The problem is, this cash is spread out over 12accounts, it would be hard to RWT on all these accounts and avoid a ban...

 

Jagex is full of shitheads. Two of my auto miners got reset from level 7X to 10 and now they're both 85 and counting at LRC. Those fags can only bluff as they don't have the sophistication to possibly track all of this.
