    Is WWE a Sport?

Considering the sport's outcomes are predicted and it inst really any level of competition, no it really cant be a sport.
A sport cannot have predetermined outcomes.
That does not mean the moves/slams are fake, i know most of the time those slams are real stuff, however there just inst a level of competition that a "sport" should require.

    Is WWE a Sport?

For rednecks, yes. For normal Americans, no.

    Is WWE a Sport?

I do not believe it is a sport, but it does require good physical conditioning for some of the "fights"
They learn how to fall properly so it is no damage. It is more entertainment than sport.

    Is WWE a Sport?

WWE=a weekly drama. Its scripted, results are also pre-determined and its fake. The only good part of "pro" wrestling was the old ECW.

    Is WWE a Sport?

It's not a sport seeing that the outcome has been predetermined, it's entertainment.

Its more acting then a sport. They are not really competing against each other as the winner is determined before the match anyways so if you think about it, its just some big buff guys running around in under wear.

    Is WWE a Sport?

I'm trying to write as little as possible for this.

Basicly a sport needs to follow the things in the following quote I've bolded them all

Most of the things listed are vague and the only two that might be hard to gauge is Fair play and objective means. Basically we know wrestling is staged but to what extent are a wrestlers, words scripted? Depending what extent this is can make all the difference when becoming a crowd pleaser. If a wrestler becomes a crowd favourite they will start to win the majority of their matches this is turn allows fair play over a period of time.

Unfortunately the next quote, in my eyes, gives WWE the ultimatum when it comes to being a sport.

Although it says expected, WWE rarely follows these expectations, so based on all of the above, I'm going to say No

    Is WWE a Sport?

No. I watch it occasionally but I wouldn't say it's a sport. The fact that WWE means World Wrestling Entertainment is just proving my point even better. They're scripted, and ever since they changed it so where no blood is allowed in matches (yes that's their new 'policy) just makes it more un-realistic. I've been to my share of WWE Live Events, and they seemed pretty real then. They actually fooled me, and they were all idolized by me.

My opinion could be changed, because they say "Sports Entertainment", so therefore they're clearly stating they're a sport for entertainment. That arguably just changed my WHOLE perspective on this. Therefore, I believe it could be considered a sport, and it could not be.

    Is WWE a Sport?

Saying WWE is a sport is like saying being in pornographic films is a sport. It is entertainment which involves a physical aspect but the outcome is predetermined and it is completely scripted.

I don't think it is. Wrestling is a sport. Faking fights isn't.

If you've seen a high school basketball game.. That statement would be changed totally. No one respects refs in high school sports.
