Favoring trusted members..?

BEFORE YOU READ KEEP IN MIND I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST EITHER ONE, RULES ARE RULES..

It's come to my knowledge and alot of others that Higher up members , but mainly very 'trusted' members get off way to easy.
"Trusted" members , seeing what they did to get " Trusted ".

I'll name 2 people that stick out in my mind, nothing against either .

Plznate was banned for Self Vouching.

R2pleasent is just out for money, trying to sell leaked guides and inaccurate requirements, etc.

Pen states that rules are rules and plznate is staying banned for self vouching, the self vouching started him off to get him going.

R2pleasent is just trying to make $$ and not giving accurate guides, Hahanerd had no right to say " verified " within a minute of the post when obviously his guide wasnt verified it was just leaked and he just wanted to make $$.


My question is... Why do these people get special treatments that regular members people cant? A person self vouching now is just trying to get in the same position as Plznate was in , but hes unbanned...
A person selling patched guides are just trying to make $$ like R2pleasent is..

If these people get second chances, why cant everyother person banned?

I have nothing against these 2 people, Plznate I have done business with and R2pleasant is a nice guy, but to what extent are breaking rules ok?

Plznate served the new 3 month ban.

I don't know of the R2P case.

However, when rules are changed because of certain members, they still serve the consequences of the new rule.

 

All members are treated the same. Were awaiting R2's response at this time, thanks
