About the trade: I was buying a ps3 from him via eBay after he listed it up i purchased it, he confirmed he got the money, but then he says he got his PayPal limited and wont be posting the ps3 anymore and telling me to charge back.

Now hes trying to deny his Rab




I will be leaving a negative feedback on eBay for this.

I still want the ps3 but if no choice i want my money back.

What is the email address of the Ebay account that "sold" you this?

The second email address he asked for to pay for Ebay fee upfront

 

I dont know if rabs is himself responsible for this, but the first paypal email is an imposter email that has been running around scamming people pretending to be nick. So rabs MAY be in the clear for this. Ill PM a global to check rabs registration email, but if nothing matches there, then not much I can do.

Always make sure to have the person you are trading with pm you their MSN, this would avoid all confusion.
