Purples crash.

I imagine they will stay above that. The flock of noobs who will flock to buy a purple if it ever drops that low will be too many to keep it from happening lol

I was looking forward to seeing a RED number next to the Purple today. First time in around 2 years that a Phat will drop in GE price... but it didn't happen today

Tomorrow = yes? Let's hope so.

 

Im hoping Partyhats will drop, and this is coming from a player that has 3 of them, Yellow Green Red. But tbh the price's are pathetic.. They are way to much and dont have a reason or point in being this high... I remember ab 2 years ago I think.. Phats crashed and were selling for PURE JUNK Purple was 71M trade price...

 

Purples were never meant to be anywhere near 600M, thats all.

 

you also have to think about how inflated GP is right now. The GE made GP so inflated, that many people have billions. These are the people who will be hoarding them to manipulate their price. So who is to say that a purple can't be worth a lot more then what it used to be before the trade limit occurred. To be honest, only the hoarders will be able to determine what the price of phats will be in my opinion.

You cannot be serious. If the demand is reduced, then the price will fall

 

But no matter what phats will always eventually rise, every once in a while someone will lose one somehow, quit the game, die in pvp, whatever, the supply will never rise, just fall.

 

Losing in pvp after update won't take it out of the game.

 

Give it another update or two.

 

Let's look at the stages the purple went through

Bought Out > Sold at Max > Sold at Min

For them to reach the stage of being sold at min, they'd first have to pass through the phase of being sold at max. This is probably why you saw a positive number today, the update included all of the trades at max and only had a chance to include a few at the min level

I mean ruff estiment on price? Ive heard some people saying there predicting them to crash down to 200M, And some people are saying this is going to be the next 08 Phat Crash when they fell to selling for Junk... Opinions? Im wondering sense I own 2 Phats now, Yellow / Red

 

The great thing about rares is, even though they crash badly they will eventually go back up =) I'm gonna guess 350m ish is gonna be LOWEST it goes
