Good point, what is the point of having ranged and magic levels?

 

Most pures at that level won't even stake you with armor on. unless u box them or something

 

60 mage is always handy, i ended up getting a Zamorak Cape when i was bored.

80 Range is the max it can be without gaining a combat level, and *may* fool them into thinking im a tank ranger, if they skip over the 75 attack.


and yes, i realise that people may not stake armour on - but even if i box i still have a good chance!

 

Mage staking is so much easier, imo.
But yea, I really doubt Jagex will create a quest needed to duel people.

nice build but in all honesty staking isnt going to be as good for these type accounts as people are day dreaming about, half of them never staked back then and are going on a pipe dream from old stories and youtube videos.

no one is going to stake big against someone without asking them to quick chat their stats, (even complete random noobs will want this done) or check them on their alog.

you're probably right, but theres going to be a lot of noobs for the first few days (even up to a week or two) that wont ask. if they want to stake me 200k or so, thats fine. i'll take whatever. money is money

i also have the option to stake armour and weapons off, as im pretty sure this will be a good boxer.

 

Guys! im reviving this thread because i want to talk about a new idea i've had.

So im on my way to getting 75 Magic, since i think the Staff of Light is pretty cool. if i can use it's special attack, i can do what this account does best.. and just outlast them even more.

Also the Range levels are there just because its maxed out combat level. Not entirely practical, but it looks nice


The SoL idea has kinda gone down the drain. i've changed my mind on that.. i think i'll stick with Veracs and maybe Torag plate and legs for whipping
