Rap I consider good.

The reason why you probably dont like it at all is because you cant really relate to it at all. Its more for the lyrical side but i like the beats also, i can understand why you dont like it though its very slow beat and all but thats what im into.

Naww man. I wouldn't not like a song just because I can't relate to it. I just don't like the style of his new album really. It's pretty much all alternative from what I've heard. I'll admit Erase Me somewhat grew on me. I just listened to it for the first time since it came out and it wasn't bad even though Kanye kills it. Not really anything that spectacular though.

Lol I've always liked 50 cent. Good song too.

 

You've got some good stuff there, 2Pac, Nas, Snoop Dogg, Eminem.

I also like Ice Cube and Dr. Dre a lot.

Eminem is the only good rapper alive, Not the only good white rapper, but the ONLY good rapper. All those rappers like Lil wayne, and drake use autotune, and I find it pathetic.

 

Yeah fair enough i guess its like going from straight hip hop and Rnb to something like reggae the tempo's are very different.

 

That's a big statement. Eminem is the ONLY good rapper? Im not even going
to start naming artists who are good because it is a long list. I am a big
fan of Eminem's, ever since his first 2 LP's, but I will admit, his sound nowadays
isn't as good as it used to be, I guess it's to do with maturity and he's done
all the other styles like the 'I just don't give a fuck', slim shady persona, which is how he got his fans in my opinion. Now he's gone a bit mainstream, with new
stories to tell in his songs. Lyrically, he's still a genius, I've just gone off his
new sound lately, I don't think it's for me.

Anyways, he isn't the only good rapper alive OR dead. You just need to find
the right artists to listen to

Been listening to rap since 2000 (was like 7 or 8).
I only really listened to Eminem up until 2004, since he stopped releasing albums for awhile I had to find someone new to feed my hunger lol..

Glad I did, so many other amazing artists out there.
