RWT Methods for Free Trade Era

Well, an interesting post by "im a lova" found here about Conquest got me wondering about the new ways to RWT on Free Trade. Obviously the goal here is to be sneaky and undetectable. So let's put together some cool ideas for Free Trade transfer methods. Here are some basic ones:

- Direct Trade (The most basic of them all...)
- Drop Trade (Will these work again?)
- Staking (A classic, but was actually quite easy for Jagex to detect)
- Dying in the Wild (See: Staking)
- Betting on the game "Conquest" (Credit to im a lova)

Some other potential ideas:

- GE Xferring in Free Trade?
- Selling Rares to general shops?

Obviously a few things are still up in the air. For example, Gravestones kill the option of dying to a monster. I ASSUME it also means drop trades will never be possible again either.

Rares to general shops? Will the general shop allow you to see other players' items again?

I think staking is going to be the most usefull one for gold sellers.

 

here's a quick idea:
account1: giving money (level 3s not advised), account2: getting money

how this is different from before:
before the trade limit, i had purchased mils from sites before and they always contact u by pm before they trade, saying Hey! this is (site name), are you ready for your gp? or something like that

 

I Thought I read that they would allow you to have old drop parties, which means dropping on the ground.

 

They aren't going to monitor everyone's trades.
But the safest is probably staking it all. Because stakes are so random and goes around its the best bet
Works for both f2p + p2p because both have duel arenas now.

i dont think general store will work, read somewhere that you wont be able to sell rares to general store. not too sure though.

 

Pretty the same as dropping, Xfer by putting money on a table and loot it with ur other account. I used to this befoere i dont know why it looks safer to me since i dont drop it.

 

I thought they nerfed the ability to do that anyway or did they just put up a warning message or something.

The conquest idea is great but could be a bit obvious if you lost to easy, I think we'll have to wait and see what flaws the update is gonna have before we can really suggest ideas that might work.

If they'll allow drop trading, I think drop trading would be really easy to do.

 

What if the reason they caught stakers was because they had some sort of log saying that you apparently lost 50 stake matches in a row with a bunch of random lvls. I was thinking of drop trade but you never know if Jagex can find out now about it.

Anyways the G.E is still there maybe take your chances there?

Also right now I would be splitting my gold into a bunch of accounts as of now so incase they ban one of your accounts at least you still have the others. But they might be checking to see all your accounts in the same IP.

What if you made a level three mule account traded it some gold and sold the account. Jagex might be checking this whole thing by IPs so thats how they might know if your just trading another account your own gold. So after that account with your gold on is sold another person logs in with their computer on it and trades it onto their account. Unless their checking by the IP the account was made it might work out.

Anyways I feel like I'm typing a wall for something that might not even work out.

 

i used to multi log in and swap. Or you could pay a trusted person on sythe to log on ur other acc and transfer the cash ?
I think that would work good.
There could even be a new rank
'Transferrer' and 'Official Transferrer'

 

It would be really easy to do but who the hell in there right mind would drop that much cash and have a person just so happen stand right next to or ontop of the person whos dropping the cash and pick it up I'm pretty sure jagex could figure that out by now and ban the account that dropped the cash and the account that picked it up.

 

I like this idea but everyone will most likely do their own transfering other then gold sellers.

 

well i dont know if transferring using the same IP is same, considering jagex frown's upon multi log in.

however im glad you like my idea

 

I think conquest is a really great idea, however if you have two pc's you can play rs on a proxy ip and the other yourown and die to either staking or deuly or even just trrade it?

 

yes i like this idea but i dont know if everyone has access to 2 computers at once, however if you do this would probably be the safest way.

A moderator commented on a forum thread (sorry i dont have the link) saying it is alright to accept gifts from friends.

 

Create a "drop party".

 

Trade it they wont ban you lol, they'll eventually accumulate a list of known RWTers that constantly give a lot of money away to accounts and ban you for association.

They did this before the update and I have a ban from it proving that this is what they do.

So buy early instead of holding off for a while because the more transactions = high chance of being caught.
