    New Thing?
    Today I've noticed when training my range, i've encountered something. If you get hit by a monster (even with prayer on) I am getting slowed down by the monsters (everytime I see a shield icon). Is this new or something? Or do I have a problem with my java?

    Can anyone explain it to me;S?

    im not having this problem atm (altho im training melee)

    so i guess its ur pc
