I'd just start slaying and use it with that.

 

Dagannoths under the light house.

 

Dagannoths is a great place to use them.
You could try rock crabs too.

 

^^This is the best place to use them if you can't go to frost dragons in my opinion.

 

Frost dragons if you have the dungeoneering. Its like 2m gp an hour.

 

Frost Dragons, Green Dragons, Dagganoths, Rock Crabs

 

Cave Crawlers in the desert. They drop 1-3 effigies/hour.

 

Dagganoths. Frost dragons if you have the dungeoneering level. You could also try Green Dragons, but its usually packed.

 

Mutated bloodvelds are great for cannon. It's basically never crowded either.

banshees in slayer tower in polvneich they're 138 and i allways enjoy cannoning them

 

Or the lvl 90-ish ones in the smoky well in Pollnivneach.

Those drop quite a few herbs/stackables.
