I'm looking for a level 3 that is still on tutorial island or has just come out of it, with 1 every skill except for the obvious 10hp. Yes, but this isn't something that anyone can do, because I want it to be 1 everything + 10hp, which isn't possible with the new tutorial since it is compulsory to get 4 woodcutting or mining, or be on the old tutorial island, which means that it is old. Not just something anyone can do at the moment..
