Asap Paypal Account Limitation Help Reward@$!

ok so here is the story...
yesterday i went to rite aid and bought a moneypak card and put 200$ on it to buy rsgp. I go and send 57$ to hamjamk and then i log off... I go on 4 hours later to see how it was going and he said i sent in a dispute... BUT I DIDNT. THen i log onto paypal and my acc has been limited... So basically i have 200$ in paypal i can't use. pleaseee help me
