    verifying paypal question?
    hey everyone,
    got a quick question about paypal. i went to cvs a little while ago and noticed they had pre-paid visa debit cards. the only charge i saw was the $4.95 activation fee. so i was wondering if i could buy one of these cards for $4.95 and add it to my paypal account so it gets verified? any information will be useful, thanks :)

    I think you've mis-understood the pricing on gift cards >.>. It's 4.95 for the card then you need to pay for the amount of money on the card.

    Also this won't verify your paypal account, but rather higher your spending limit. It means you can send more money.
