Need Paypal help! - bit of a problemo :)

Hey guys i recently sold an Account on ebay for 170$, this was around 3 weeks ago. so far its been nothing but trouble but now im having a problem regarding the money. The buyer of my account tried to recover the money through paypal, it got denied and somehow i managed to keep the whole 170$. now hes threatening my mother (who i live with) and saying hes going to kick shit out of me unless i give him his money back + he is keeping the account.

so ive already called the police, but to get back at this asshole i want to take the account back and as far as im aware he cannot put another dispute in if its 45 days after the initial trade?
ive also been Bank reversal scammed, i was wondering if this applied to the 45day rule, as in if i recover it 45 days after he bought it he cant do anything about it and i get off with the money + account + hes probably getting a fine for threatening me (got it on tape)

i know i have the money still, but i really think this asshole deserves it as he phones me house 50+ times a day and shouts at my family, hes ringing from diffrent numbers aswell its really getting out of hand.

all in all, can he recover the money in anyway shape or form after 45 days -.-

The right section would be: report a scammer 0.0 give the guys user. That will get him banned. :\ Theres really nothing we can help with and since hes doing irl threats, if I were an admin, Id IP ban him. Your welcome for the help :] lmao. But yeah I just checked PayPal. Your money is safe.

i sold this account on ebay, nothing to do with sythe and he didnt scam me at first, he just is now being greedy and tried to recover money and failed.

im not asking for help, im asking if he can bank-reversal it after 45 days.

I don't think he can recover the money after 45 days, well because he's failed recovering the money already.

Also, for him ringing your house, just don't react to it, go meh and he'll stop. He's just doing it to scare you.

 

i cant get ban here, this was a EBAY TRADE. and he already tried to scam me, im not just letting him try and then just say meh i won anyway.

im not talking about just disputing a payment either.

after you dispute, you can perform a bank reversal which is basically an instant-revesal im unclear on how it works, i just know i have no say in it. (happened before selling a WoW account.
