    It is the shield with the highest Magic Defense, which is crucial when fighting Nex.

    Thats only part of the reason.

    I prefer to use the eagle-eye shield gotten from dungeoneering for nex seeing as it absorbs 14% of magic damage over 200.

    The other part of the reason spectral rising is why all items tend to rise: They are bought out and no one is willing to sell them in ge because they know they will continue to rise with time.

    They are, at this time , great junk movers and is why they are wanted as well.
