Feeling really depressed.

    Feeling really depressed.

    Basically, I'm just feeling really depressed, and thinking stuff like why does no one like me and stuff(I'm quite hated at school), I'm moving in a couple of months soon probably aswell, idk. I'm gonna miss all my friends. I just need something to take my mind off everything thats going on, I've tried gaming, music. Idk I need ideas I feel so shitty. :/ Note guys, i came to you first. I hate talking about my problems to people. D:

    Feeling really depressed.

    Depression hurts, you can try and generate that flow of thoughts into something like determination.
    By trying to make yourself better everyday of your life.
    If anything, helping others our will make you lighten up.

    What i do is for some reason go into a short-timed extreme workout to get it off my chest. I do it until i cant do anymore, then i feel a sense of accomplishment. I dont know if it will work for you but try it out.

    like hey guys, i have always found that a great way to feel better and rid my negative emotions is to workout and/or exercise. Not only does it help you feel better immediately, but it can also help you to build confidence. good luck, my friend. :)

    Concentrate on how to make your life better, and take one step at a time. Don't stop taking those steps until you reach there.

    Think about how long it'll take, then after it's done, relax.

    E.g. if you're trying to gain some muscles, you excercise. If you're trying to gain anything, and gain happiness. Same thing. Just keep improving yourself as much as possible.

    And also, listen to some inspirational music, like Lose Yourself or Till I Collapse by Eminem, as these describe about giving up or getting something.

    You say your hated?

    My opinion is this:

    You should start to expand your social circle, find new people, or even people you believe hate you and find common ground. As your friends grow, so will your confidence.

    Having friends, and going out will help you keep your mind of things that may be bothering you.

    Thanks guys, I usually work out everyday(not a lot just like 10-20 push ups, situps, and maybe a run.) I'll try to do a longer workout.

    Naveh, i just feel really hated, I have quite a few friends, but I feel like half of them hate me, if you get what I mean? I haven't been out lately either, I've been home so thinking about everything has happened. :/

    I know how you feel. And I'm not just repeating that to sound corny, I spent at least the last 5 years of my life like this. I really didn't get along with people in high school, I had a pretty low self-esteem. But I moved and I'm ready for a fresh start. As soon as uni starts I'm going to join as many clubs and sport activities that I can, even if I have never really been a social or fit person.

    I am hoping for change, and was thinking the same might work for you? Forget about your life now, and look forward to the one you could have when you finally move. Think of it as a fresh start where you can be yourself and meet new people that will hopefully show interest and kindness towards you.
